Samsung Electronics Austria is looking for a

Head of SCM & Operations CE AT (M/F/n)

Role and Responsibilities- Manage daily order desk and supply chain operations (Demand forecasting, production, warehousing, end customer delivery, order management, CPFR, customer stock level)- Provide input to setting and adjusting 3 month sales target on a bi-weekly basis- Control and monitor monthly CE CGS and profit by steering product mix- Forecast and manage stock level for various Samsung consumer electronics goods (TV, AV, HA)- Collaborate and control the flow of goods between Samsung Global Operations Center (GOC) in South Korea, East European Distribution Center (EEDC), factory in Slovakia/Hungary, and 17 Samsung European subsidiaries through SAP GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)- Track and steer TV, AV, HA demand forecasts to plan short/long-term sales targets, recover inventory shortages and meet on-time deliveries with special focus on promotion activities through Samsung GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management) tool- Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out operations to manage factory production, warehouse inventory stock and customer channel stock through Samsung Global Supply Management software and SDS machine learning demand sensing tool- Report SCM KPIs, Week of Supply Analysis, Weekly & Monthly Sales Expectations, Aging stocks

Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (minor in Finance)- Knowledge in NERP/SAP, MS Office, GSCM- Fluent in German, English and Korean- Ability to tailor to both Korean and local working style and create synergy within the Samsung organisation- Autonomous and self-dependent working style- Structured way of working, accuracy and reliability- Flexible and dynamic- Integer and discrete- Personality with an appreciation to deliver high quality service
