Unsere Business Line Building Consultancy & Project Management betreut Immobilieneigentümer* und Immobiliennutzer* in allen technisch-wirtschaftlichen Belangen bei der Entwicklung, dem Bau, dem Betrieb sowie dem Management ihrer Immobilien.

Für die Führung unseres Teams und die Leitung von technischen Bewertungen, Ankauf
- und Verkaufsprüfungen (Technische Due Diligence - TDD) aller Assetklassen und Projektentwicklungen suchen wir in unbefristeter Anstellung einen Team Lead* in Wien, Österreich.

- DAS MACHEN SIE BEI UNS.
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines motivierten und loyalen Teams in Berlin
- Recruiting und Coaching neuer Mitarbeiter
- Akquise von geeigneten Aufträgen sowie den Ausbau der lokalen Marktpräsenz
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen CBRE-Standorten und weiteren Business Lines
- Erstellen und Verfolgen von Angeboten mit Fokus auf Angebotskalkulationen und -verhandlungen
- Eigenverantwortliches Steuern und Durchführen von TDD-Projekten
- Kaufmännische Verantwortung für die laufende projektbezogene Leistungs-, Kosten
- und Ergebnisplanung der Service Line Technical Due Diligence am Standort Berlin

- Hochschulabschluss im Ingenieurwesen, in Architektur oder vergleichbarer immobilienbezogener technischer Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung bei der Führung von Mitarbeitern*
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter* auf Unternehmerseite, Planer
- oder Bauherrenseite oder im Bereich Technische Due Diligence
- Umfassendes interdisziplinäres Know-how aus den Bereichen Bauzustandserfassung und -bewertung, Projektentwicklung, Baukostenkalkulation, Bau
- und Vertragsrecht, Bau
- und Immobilienberatung
- Starkes Netzwerk in der Bau
- und Immobilienbranche
- Überzeugender Außenauftritt und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und kundenorientiertes Verhalten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
