**What you will enjoy doing**:
In this role, you will analyse the current quality situation in the ALPLA world together with the Regional Quality Team and initiate improvement projects within our Region CEE, in order to reach ALPLA´s Operational Excellence goals and improve customer satisfaction. Your exciting and challenging tasks will include:

- Driving the ALPLA problem solving program in the Quality Assurance community, securing effective and sustainable execution by close performance tracking and hands on support.
- Securing continuous improvement of our Quality level
- Acting as regional process owner for all Quality Assurance processes, securing they are efficiently executed and continuously improved.
- Acting as a regional multiplier, supporting our QA teams in execution and reporting for:

- Quality Awareness and QA-Knowhow
- ALPLA Qualification process
- Quality Control equipment (including online and offline testing units)
- Quality Control methods

**What makes you great**:

- Technical Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance/Technical field or equivalent long term experience
- Work experience in Quality Assurance preferably in packaging industry or comparable manufacturing environment at least
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, German is an advantage
- Problem solving skills and eager to share your knowhow
- Team player, strongly result and service oriented
- Willingness to travel (ca. 30%)
