You consider yourself organized and well-structured? You enjoy working in a team? In this exciting role you will ensure a smooth operation within the Quality Assurance Team and have the chance to contribute to the company’s overall efficiency.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide daily organizational support for a team of 7 people
- Maintaining a document system (SOPs, policies, templates, etc.) including but not limited to document creation, revision control, distribution and archiving
- Coordinate and continuously update the departments tasks and to-do’s
- Arrange other administrative paperwork i.e. scanning, printing
- Organization of department-related meetings
- Track and monitor deadlines, maintain the department calendar accordingly
- Collaborate closely and regularly with your colleagues in the Quality Assurance department

**Skills**
- University degree and work experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Open, flexible and stress resistant personality that takes on responsibility and has a passion for challenges and success
- Team-oriented and ability to work independently and precisely
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

The offered monthly gross salary for this position is €1.800 to €2.000 (38h/week) depending on individual knowledge and experience.
