**Consumer Insights & Business Intelligence Executive (all genders)**

**Aufgaben**:
**About the Role**:

- Beratung für die Weiterentwicklung der Business-Strategie sowie Unterstützung des zukünftigen kundenorientierten Marketings
- Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern bei der Identifikation und Bewertung von Wachstumsfeldern und Risikoszenarien (z.B. Consumer Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Definition und Durchführung von Business-Cases (-Szenarien) zur Bewertung von Marketingaktionen mit Schwerpunkt auf Modellierung des Volumen
- und Marktanteilszuwachses
- Feedback darüber, welche Aktivitäten einen positiven ROI unterstützen oder dazu beitragen, qualitative KPIs zu erhöhen
- Sie fördern eine datenbasierte Entscheidungskultur und liefern konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen
- Laufendes Tracking der durchgeführten Marketingaktionen sowie Feedback an das lokale Management

**Anforderungsprofil**:
**Role Requirements**:

- Wirtschaftliche höhere Ausbildung wie WU, FH etc.
- Berufserfahrung mit Research Background in einem analytischen Umfeld, sowie Erfahrung im Sales & Marketing, und/oder Consultant
- Agentur Erfahrung im Beratenden Umfeld/ Research ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Excelkenntnisse und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sie fühlen sich in der Schnittstellenrolle wohl und sind gerne Anlaufstelle für Entscheidungsfragen betreffend neuer Geschäftsfälle
- Ihre Persönlichkeit beschreiben Sie als zielstrebig, neugierig, aufgeschlossen für Neues und ehrgeizig
- Sie sind kommunikativ und schätzen es, Ihre Ergebnisse vor einem Managementteam zu präsentieren
