**Aufgaben**:
Wir suchen einen Produktspezialisten / Administrator zur Verstärkung des PMO-Teams der STRABAG Innovation und Digitalisation (SID). Als Mitglied dieses Teams sind Sie für die Administration und Unterstützung der Anwender:innen unseres Projektportfolio Management Systems verantwortlich. Sie werden eng mit dem SID PMO Team, Projektmanager:innen und Führungskräften zusammenarbeiten.

**Konkret erwarten Sie folgende spannende Herausforderungen bei uns**:

- Sie administrieren und konfigurieren unsere Planview Plattform gemeinsam mit den Planview Consultants und dem Product Owner
- Sie unterstützen SID-Projektmanager:innen und Führungskräfte bei der Nutzung unseres PPM Tools (Planview Portfolios, AgilePlace und ProjectPlace)
- Sie übersetzen und lösen Probleme unserer Anwender:innen
- Sie sammeln Anwender:innen-Feedback für kontinuierliche Systemverbesserungen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die tägliche und wöchentliche Wartung, die notwendig ist, um das System aktuell und lauffähig zu halten
- Sie nehmen im System notwendige Änderungen in Rollen und Strukturen vor, die durch neue Geschäftsprozess erforderlich sind
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem SID-PMO Team zusammen, um unser PPM Tool für den Einsatz zu optimieren

**Qualifikationen**:

- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Softwarekonfiguration und Administration
- Sie denken analytisch und prozess-orientiert
- Sie achten auf Details und können diese in User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien formulieren
- Im besten Falle haben Sie Erfahrung mit Portfolio
- und Projekt Management Plattformen (Planview), dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung
- Sie haben eine agile Denkweise und kennen die passenden Methoden
