We are looking for exceptional Senior Product Managers to play a key role in building our global products and own end-to-end delivery.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sub-domain to translate the product vision, aligned to our OKRs across multiple squads.

Our Senior Product Managers are strong leaders, focused on developing and coaching their teams whilst collaborating and influencing across our global stakeholders and teams.

The Betting Platform plays a vital role in the Sports product, enabling our customers to enjoy placing over 700m bets a year with us across the globe. Striking the right balance between efficiency, speed, and scalability while introducing innovative features is crucial to enhancing the betting experience, where milliseconds matter. A thorough understanding of the betting journey - from bet placement to settlement - along with knowledge of regulatory, promotional, and responsible gaming requirements, is essential for guiding the squad team in the right direction.

**What you will do**
- Primary lead for the sub-domain, accountable for the outcomes ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery
- Leads, develops and coaches a stellar team of product, engineering and design colleagues, guiding them in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
- Establishes and drives a culture of customer closeness across the team, driving an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
- Coaches and role-models the use of agile methodologies.
- Drives product metrics that demonstrate product impact for our customers and our business.
- Collaborates closely with Commercial leaders ensuring our OKRs and roadmaps are aligned to our key business goals

**Managerial responsibilities**:

- Develop and drive clear OKR's for the team, aligned to our business strategy.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, actively coaching the team to develop and growCreate a positive and productive work environment that motivates and inspires people to perform their best work.

**Qualifications**:

- A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market, across multiple squads
- Team leadership - experience developing and coaching squads to achieve shared objectives
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies
- OKR definition & tracking - ability to establish OKRS aligned to organizational goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Strong betting industry experience and deep understanding of betting lifecycle. Comprehensive understanding of interaction of a betting engine with other dependent systems (frontend, trading, account platform)
- Profound technical knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong ability to comprehend dependencies within a complex service and microservice ecosystem.
- Can provide detailed explanations of the critical workflows within a system, understands how proposed changes impact various services, what this means for existing workflows, and how it affects overall performance.
- Extensive experience in direct interactions with Regulator
- and Compliance representatives.Comfortable with adjusting the roadmap in response to short-notice regulatory requirements, with a strong understanding of how regulators operate, and the underlying processes involved.
