**DER JOB MIT DER BESTEN SERIENAUSSTATTUNG**

Für das Group Reporting der Magna Steyr am Standort **Graz/Österreich** suchen wir eine/n Financial Analyst/Controller_in mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis und idealerweise bereits erster Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling oder Accounting.

In dieser Position zählen eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamorientierung sowie Spaß an Herausforderungen und Abwechslung zu Ihren Stärken. Außerdem bringen Sie zeitliche Flexibilität für die Einhaltung von Abgabeterminen mit und behalten Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise auch in stressigen Situationen bei.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- **
Konsolidierung** von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen der Gruppe und Aufbereitung der notwendigen **Berichtsunterlagen**:

- Erstellung von **Plan-Ist Abweichungsanalysen** und Erarbeitung von notwendigen **Erklärungen** gemeinsam mit den Bereichseinheiten
- Koordination der Erstellung von **Budgets/Forecasts** und Schaffung von relevanten **Entscheidungsunterlagen** im Team für das Magna Steyr Management
- Erstellung von **Analysen und Präsentationen** als wichtige Grundlage für strategische und operative Entscheidungen für das Management/Executive Team bzw. für die Konzernmutter Magna International
- ** Planungs
- und Berichtsaktivitäten** und Bearbeitungen von **Ad-hoc Themenstellungen** für das Management
- Positionierung als **Bindeglied** zwischen den operativen Einheiten (Business Units) und dem Management sowie als verlässliche **Ansprechperson**

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling (FH, Uni oder vergleichbar)
- Fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting und/oder Controlling von Vorteil
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich internationale Rechnungslegung wünschenswert (IFRS/US-GAAP)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint)
- Kenntnisse in SAP und Hyperion/HFM von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit

Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung zwischen € 3.311;
