Internship in Training Design and Development

The Intern (M/F/d) for Instructional Design supports the Training Design and Development Team to produce multimedia training content, including videos and podcasts, create learning modules using INNIOs eTraining tool, and assist in integrating these resources into the company's Learning Management System (LMS).

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit short videos for training purposes
- Edit audio files to support the podcast creation process
- Use INNIOs eTraining authoring tool to create short learning modules
- Support the implementation of training programs into the company-wide Learning Management System (LMS)
- Comply with all applicable INNIO EHS and integrity policies

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, business or comparable or studying for such a degree, or A-levels with specialization in media design
- Interest in/knowledge of adult learning concepts as well as interest in engineering technology/green energy
- Ability to work in a cross-functional dynamic team environment and ability to prioritize projects on time
- Ability to develop creative ideas independently and in collaboration with a strong team
- First or good experience with graphical design and audio software (e. g. Adobe Suite)
- Excellent oral and written language skills in German and English

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.548,82 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
