- und Schwellenländern mitarbeiten? Unser Team sucht ab sofort einen Senior Legal Adviser (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung in allen juristischen Angelegenheiten der OeEB, insbesondere bei Finanzierungsprojekten und der Beauftragung von Konsulenten, vor allem durch
- Prüfung und Erstellung von Verträgen (z.B. Kredit
- oder Beteiligungsverträgen) und sonstigen juristischen Dokumenten auf Deutsch, Englisch und idealerweise Spanisch oder Französisch
- Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen, primär auf Englisch
- Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen zu juristischen Themena

Ihr Hintergrund
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
- idealerweise Postgraduate-Studium (Doktorat oder LL.M.) und/oder Kenntnisse im englischen Recht
- ca. 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzierungen und Bankrecht, etwa in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder Bank, allenfalls abgeschlossene Gerichtspraxis
- Transaktionserfahrung bei Finanzierungen, idealerweise auch im Bereich Projektfinanzierungen und/ oder Equity
- Interesse an Entwicklungszusammenarbeit, Arbeit mit ausländischen Vertragspartnern und an Bezügen zu ausländischen Rechtsordnungen
- Reisebereitschaft, interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Sicheres Auftreten mit hoher Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Selbständiges, verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse, Spanisch oder Französisch von Vorteil
- MS-Office

**Bezahlung**:Für diese Position ist ein Vollzeitgehalt von EUR 5.200;
- brutto pro Monat (14x, Bankenkollektivvertrag, 38,5h/Woche, all-in) vorgesehen. Über Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt sprechen wir gerne persönlich. Je nach Ihrer Erfahrung, Qualifikation und Ausbildung zahlen wir auch mehr.
