The Brand & Marketing Manager is the face of the TSH Vienna properties and responsible for the local marketing, communications, and community engagement from strategy to execution.

From the club kids, community heroes & program managers up to the urban bloggers, vloggers and content creators, coming from all kinds of backgrounds; events, marketing, branding & communications.

TSH is a game-changer. Our unique hybrid hotel concept offers student accommodation as well as long and short stay options for students-at-heart, together with epic facilities and exciting co-working spaces. You can already find The Student Hotel in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain. And with still to be opened properties in Madrid, Barcelona and Toulouse, our unique hospitality concept is truly taking root in the heart of Europe.

**What You'll Do**:

- You’re responsible for all the marketing, communications, and community engagement from strategy to execution.
- You’ll Manage and lead the community team: two community connectors and marketing & activations coordinator.
- You’ll manage and own the MarCom, community & partnerships budget.
- You’ll strategize and plan new and existing partnerships from ideation through execution.
- You’ll own the earned media strategy including the management of the local PR agency, brand collaborations & influencer activations.
- You’ll lead brand awareness collaborations and (co-)create on
- and offline experiences.
- You’ll collaborate with the local commercial team to develop new (commercial) business opportunities.
- You’re responsible for recruitment, retention and management of the ambassadors and members.
- You’ll be responsible and accountable for all local programs and event productions.

**Requirements**:**Who You Are**:

- You have a hyper-connected network in Vienna and your positive attitude works as a magnet to attract the key city makers in town.
- You have experience in community management, marketing, and brand partnerships.
- You also have experience in managing and developing a team.
- You lead by example, with the TSH brand values in mind and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to deliver the expected guest experience and quality.
- You demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- You are results driven with a creative mindset.
- You're proactive, hands-on mentality, drive and ambition to grow with the organization.
- You're a great communicator, fluent in German and English - other languages are a plus
- You have an EU residence/work permit.
