Das Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) ist ein global agierendes und innovatives Ed-Tech und Trainingsinstitut im Finanzwesen mit Büros in Wien, New York, Zürich und Singapur. Zur Verstärkung unseres stark wachsenden Teams in Wien suchen wir ab sofort einen Brand & Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d). Unser Ziel ist es, unsere weltweit führende Position in diesem Bereich weiter auszubauen. Hierfür benötigen wir motivierte und engagierte Mitarbeiter, die mit uns gemeinsam an der Erreichung dieser Vision arbeiten.

Aufgaben

Als Brand & Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) bist Du für die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Markenstrategie für IMAA und der Tochtergesellschaften verantwortlich. Du entwirfst digitale Marketingstrategien mit dem Ziel effizienter „Lead Generation“ über unsere Online-Kanäle. Außerdem konzipierst du digitale Kampagnen, übersetzt „Brand Values“ in „Customer Journeys“ und betreust Produktplatzierungen auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen. Du trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, die Marke IMAA durch maßgeschneiderte Kommunikation als exzellenten Dienstleister im internationalen „Executive Education“ Segment bei folgenden Zielgruppen zu positionieren: Private Equity, Corporate Finance, HR, Banking und Advisory. In dieser Position fungierst du als Schnittstelle zum Vertrieb und Produktentwicklung und betreust externe Agenturen.

Qualifikation
- Erfahrung und Leidenschaft für digitale Kommunikation zur

Weiterentwicklung, Stärkung und Wachstum der Marke über Online-Kanäle
- Kreativität und Umsetzungsstärke bei der Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten „Customer Journeys“ sowie begleitender PR- Aktivitäten
- Performance und Motivation: „Lead Generation“ & „Performance

Marketing“ sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter und motivieren Dich Ziele zu erreichen
- Analytisches Mastermind mit einem Auge für Ästhetik sowie Liebe zum Detail
- Teamplayer: Du arbeitest gerne mit internationalen Kollegen, bist

lernfähig und verfügst darüber hinaus auchüber den nötigen Humor
- Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse damit Du langfristige

Bindungen mit unseren internationalen Kunden im Finanzbereich
aufbauen kannst
