Brand and Customer Manager Chronic Cough & Vaccines (M/F/d)_**
Are you an experienced **Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics and Digital**, professional with (preferably) Diabetes experience and with a creative mindset? **Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for marketing of a certain product or product portfolio, including analysis, strategy and business plan development, implementation of (digital) programs and tools to forecasting and expense management
- Ensuring all activities are done with highest ethical and compliance standards
- Analysis of local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insights
- Participation at regional brand meetings, understanding and translating the global product strategy into local priorities and the integrated business plan
- Implementation and tracking of (digital) campaigns, initiatives and materials directed at different internal and external stakeholders, such as HCPs, sales teams or patients
- Making sure sales teams understand the strategic imperatives and support them with necessary trainings, tools and materials
- Field visits as needed with sales team to collect feedback on current programs and gaining customer insights, individual visit with relevant stakeholders
- Forecasting & tracking of product sales and expenses in alignment with the BU and finance department
- Ensuring alignment with the Integrated Brand and Customer Plan between various stakeholders
**Qualifications**
- University Degree or above, preferably in business or life sciences (e.g. biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine); additional degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
- Successful innovative commercial/sales/marketing/brand manager experience (preferably Diabetes and or Pharmaceuticals)
- Proven ability to identifying target audiences, understanding customer needs and interests and articulating clear messaging and activities to engage them
- Experience in digital marketing and excellent understanding of the latest trends and best practices in omni-channel marketing. Experience of agile ways of working is an asset
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers partnered with a creative mind
- Knowledge of the overall Austrian or similar healthcare system and the role of the individual customer groups within the healthcare environment
- Ability to develop and manage professional relationships, networking
- Outstanding communication skills - orally and written in German and English
We offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment. The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 55.300;
