In support of our existing team we are currently looking for:
**Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) Oncology (M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities**
- ** Strategy development**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our Company's products and services
- Participate in local and international meetings where appropriate, understanding and translating the global and local product strategy into local priorities and lead development of brand specific L3 business plans & brand plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall goals and values incl. Our Company collaboration partners
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning and communicate this messaging effectively to target audiences
- Develop and implement social media and omnichannel content marketing campaigns in collaboration with campaign managers
- Orchestrates execution of omnichannel campaigns and materials towards different stakeholders, such as HCPs, sales teams or patients via appropriate channels
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations and other OCE materials (digital, print & event material) that support the sales process
- Collaborate with ComOps on forecasting product sales based on local data and internal assumptions with strong FC understanding incl. patient numbers, scenario planning etc.
- ** Market understanding**
- Analyze market research to identify trends and opportunities and use this data to inform marketing strategies & implements respective measure to achieve business goal
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and new product launches and use this information to adjust marketing strategies as needed
- ** Customer focus**:

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, PAGs and key opinion leaders in the industry
- Close collaboration with selected HCPs to collect feedback on current initiatives, gain customer insights, plans individual visits with relevant stakeholders aimed at co-developing materials or implementing specific programs, participation at national, regional or local congresses or our Company own events where appropriate in alignment with Franchise lead
- ** Cost management**:

- Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness using data analytics
- Support in allocating resources and managing budgets of the franchise
- ** Cross functional collaboration**:

- Ensure alignment on L3 brand plan between various stakeholders and departments such as Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, DDAL & ComOps
- Participating in or leading cross-functional workstreams of different nature

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**:

- University Degree or above, preferably in business or life sciences (e.g. marketing, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine)
- ** Skills Required**:

- Deep knowledge of the overall Austrian healthcare system and the role of the individual customer groups within the healthcare environment
- Ability to navigate in a science-driven, quickly developing environment
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and marketing guidelines.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics to inform strategy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages and content
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and the abili
