Private English Teacher for Toddlers/kids

Wien, Österreich English Teachers AT Vollzeit

We are looking for a committed teacher / tutor to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the learner's requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

The goal is to help cultivate the learner's interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual / audio means to facilitate learning
- Provide individualized instruction to each learner by promoting interactive learning
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.)
- Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with team members and parents and participate in regular online meetings
- Plan and execute educational onsite and outdoor activities and events
- Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English
- Grew up and / or lived in an English-speaking country
- Work permit for Austria
- Owns a car and/or a (yearly) travel card for public transportation
- Experience in private in-home tutoring
- Experience in teaching young learners (beginning with ages 19 months and over)
- Proven experience as a kindergarten teacher or assistant teacher
- Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the company's policies and procedures
- Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and committed
- Creative and energetic
- Strong moral values and discipline
- Knowledge of CPR and valid First-Aid certificate
- Degree in teaching (TESOL, CELTA or equivalent) with a certificate in education
- Montessori trained or Montessori Diploma holder (to be given preference)
