**You are a passionate procurement professional, who enjoys communication, optimizing operational efficiency by supporting with your knowledge and experience and coordinating projects within a global context?**

Reporting to the Head of VISIT (Visibility Items) Procurement, you’ll be the interface between our Headquarter VISIT procurement organisation and our country organisations in all procurement related aspects along the Source to Contract and the Purchase to Pay Process.

You’ll support our local organisations as Subject Matter Expert, collaborate on mid-to-long term planned project pipeline and involve our Headquarter Procurement Teams at the right point in time to ensure an efficient project decision and execution.

**PROJECT SUPPORT**

In this role you’ll support our countries all over the world in local POS purchasing projects along the Source to Contract and Purchase to Pay processes and coordinate with Global Category and Product Managers. You’ll also consult in large and complex negotiations.

**DATA COLLECTION**

You’ll collect data, consolidate reports, and manage follow-ups with local country organisations on improvements.

**PROCESS COMPLIANCE & EFFICIANCY**

You’ll also ensure contract and process compliance and drive awareness with local and Headquarter teams. You’ll also analyse and identify commercial effects and increase efficiencies.

**TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE**

To raise awareness and ensure process compliance for this respective purchasing policy, you’ll host training sessions for country organisations and keep training material up to date.

**RISK MANAGEMENT**

Finally, you’ll pro-actively drive risk management aspects connected to sourcing decisions and ensure having mitigation plans in place.

**Qualifications**:
Min. Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field or proven long term experience on the job

Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a procurement role, working within a fast-paced environment within a global organization

Good understanding of source to contract and procure-to pay processes (ideally in the FMCG industry)

Knowledge in supply chain management and understanding of E2E supply chain process and it’s implication on sourcing decisions

Team player with very good interpersonal and communication skills to build trustful relationships on a global level

Project management experience of advantage

Business fluent English skills are a must

Excellent analytical skills. Advanced level in Microsoft Excel

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.181,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
