Stellenbeschreibung
Für die Verstärkung des Teams in Österreich suchen wir eine Supporttechniker im Bereich Chirurgie-Produkte und Digital OR. In der Funktion des Servicetechnikers sind Sie verantwortlich für die Installationen und die Inbetriebnahme sowie die Wartungen und Reparaturen unserer medizinischen Systeme. Darüber hinaus sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen.

Sie arbeiten selbstständig von Ihrem Home Office aus, das sich idealerweise im Raum St. Pölten, Wien oder Wiener Neustadt befindet.
**Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören**:

- Installationen und Inbetriebnahme der chirurgischen und OP-Integrationsplattformen sowie Planungssystemen in Krankenhäusern
- Konzeption, Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme der Integration unserer Produkte in die IT Landschaft
- Implementierung und Integration von Brainlab Produkten an die Krankenhausarchive (z.B. PACS), zum Teil per Remote-Zugriff
- Durchführung von Software/Hardware Updates & Upgrades
- Eigeständige Ausführung von Wartungen und Inspektionen der Systeme bei Kunden
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Fehlersuche und -behebung und Minimierung der Ausfallzeiten
- Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden in technischen Fragestellungen
- Unterstützung von medizinischen Fachangestellten, um maximale Effizienz und Verwendung der Brainlab Produkte sicherzustellen
- Schnelle und effiziente Durchführung von Installationen und Serviceaufträgen
- Selbstständige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Serviceeinsätze nach den Vorgaben des Support Managers
- Dokumentation erbrachter Leistungen gemäß den Brainlab-Richtlinien
- Einbringen von Ideen und Innovationen zur Verbesserung aktueller Produkte, nachhaltigen Input für die weitere Entwicklung liefern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team mit Kollegen aus den Bereichen Sales und Support
- Gewährleistung einer guten und effizienten Kommunikation zwischen Kunden, Kollegen und Vorgesetzten

Qualifikationen
- Technischer Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Medizintechnik, Informationstechnologie oder Ähnlichem
- Großes Interesse und Freude am Arbeiten mit IT Hardware UND Software (Installation, Konfiguration, Reparatur, Wartung)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Informations
- und Netzwerktechnik sowie Windows Betriebssystemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Server-Hardware oder virtuellen Maschine und Krankenhausarchiven (z.B. PACS, KIS)
- Grundkenntnis und Verständnis zur IT Netzwerktechnik in Krankenhäusern (z. B. DICOM, HL7)
- Erfahrung mit Audio
- und Videotechnik und Display Technologien / Streaming Technologien
- Kenntnis in den VDE-Bestimmungen und der einschlägigen Technikregeln von Vorteil
- Hervorragende schriftliche sowie mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (80 %) und gültige Kfz-Fahrerlaubnis
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist, Flexibilität, Souveränität und Überzeugungsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden sowie Freude an der Kundenbetreuung
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Analyse, Fehlersuche und Problemlösung
- Ausgezeichnete Organisations
