**Über die Rolle**:
Als **Improvements Expert** sind Sie Motor unserer **Lean Journey** in der pharmazeutischen Produktion für plasmabasierte Therapien und biologische Produkte. Zusammen mit Ihrem Team leben Sie Continuous Improvement (**CI**), führen regelmäßige Analysen durch, koordinieren Projekte und kommunizieren mit Kolleg*innen aus unterschiedlichsten Abteilungen. Sie optimieren die Produktivität, sichern die Einhaltung aller Vorgaben (Qualität, Behörden, Ziele) und wahren die Arbeitssicherheit.

**Das bewirken Sie**:

- Management, Koordination und strategische Umsetzung von CI-Projekten
- Follow-Up und Tracking deren Ergebnisse
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungs
- und Standardisierungsmaßnahmen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Unit Heads, Business Excellence und den Produktionen
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Analyse von Kapazitätsmodellen
- Pflege des Lean Management Systems

**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene technische, biochemische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Universität,)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit Lean und Six Sigma Tools
- Technisches und digitales Verständnis mit einem Blick für komplexe Zusammenhänge und Prozessabläufe
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Entscheidungsstärke und Hands on Mentalität
- Freude an positiver Veränderung und überzeugendes Auftreten
- Hohe Soziale Kompetenz und gute Menschenkenntnis
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
