Job Overview

Nomentia Treasury & Technology GmbH seeks an experienced Financial Technology Expert to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can take on a variety of tasks, including analyzing business requirements, conducting trainings sessions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial processes, technical customer migrations, ERP systems, and/or building bank connectivities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions independently.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops on cash- and treasury management solutions for customers, ensuring successful cooperation and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders to solve technical enquiries, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
  • Participate in bank meetings with customers to agree on connection details, fostering strong relationships and driving successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement solution approaches for implementation and final releases of our system, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain good connectivity between different internal systems, against customers' integration layers, and towards banks' systems, guaranteeing smooth data exchange and minimal downtime.
  • Approve technical specifications for data flows and transfers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Project management and consultancy skills, with experience in initiating and driving multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Native level German language skills, with fluency in English and additional European or Nordic languages a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in financial processes, technical customer migrations, ERP systems, and/or building bank connectivities, preferably in fintech and/or banking.
  • Experience with data transfer protocols (e.g., sftp) and/or equivalent data transfer protocols a plus.
