**About the job**

As the Head of Global Lead Engineering NFM (non-ferrous metallurgy), you will guide a global team and report to the Head of Projects NFM & C&L (cement & lime). The core responsibility lies in know-how generating and creating innovative designs to satisfy challenging customer requirements. In this position, you will not only lead these technical concepts, but also use project management tools in order to improve the time and task management in line with RHI Magnesita´s strategic goals. You will also collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Quotations, Supervision, Operations and other areas of the company, as well as with customers in key projects. In this role, you will be travelling to RHI Magnesita locations globally for up to 20% of your working time.

**In addition, your tasks will include**:

- Leading an international team, based in Austria, Brazil and China
- Developing concepts and methods to work more efficiently
- Implementing and developing digital tools
- Creating and managing career and talent development plans

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A technical university degree
- Project management certification or similar will be an advantage

- A few years of relevant working experience
- Basic knowledge of refractory industry
