The Director of HR and Training Development guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company and is overall responsible for the creation and delivery of bespoke training programs. Designed with leadership, management, business and personal progression and best practice in mind, the intention is to expand on the talents and skills across all employees at all levels within an organization.

The Directof of HR & Training Development is responsible for:

- Recruiting and staffing;
- Organizational departmental planning;
- Performance management and improvement systems;
- Organization development;
- Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;
- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
- Compensation and benefits administration.

For the position of Directof of HR & Training Development we require:

- Degree in Hospitality Management, HR, Education or other relevant field preferable;
- 5+ Years proven working experience in training and as a HR Director;
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs;
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job and in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, IISII, Fidelio, Linux and/or other related computer software.

The salary for this position is based on experience with a maximum of US$5500 net per month. Next to this there are interesting additional benefits such as a personal development program, bonus, annual flight tickets and staff discounts. Help with relocating is offered when necessary.

- Relocation allowance of US$1000;
- Annual bonus flight allowance US$1000;
