**Collaboration Change Management Consulting für M365 (m/w/d)**:

- RAIFFEISEN INFORMATIK GMBH & CO KG, WIEN

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Du bist als Teil unseres Teams verantwortlich für die Planung, Gestaltung, Durchführung und Bewertung von Change
- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten bezüglich neuer Zusammenarbeitstechnologien in Office 365
- Du unterstützt unsere KundInnen bei Kommunikations-, Change
- und Trainingsaktivitäten während einer Office 365 Einführung
- Du initiierst nach einer Office 365 Migration weitere Maßnahmen, um die neuen Collaboration Tools in der Arbeitsweise der MitarbeiterInnen zu verankern
- Du agierst als Early Adopter um innovative Collaboration Tools zu testen und für die Kunden je nach deren Change Roadmap bereitzustellen und zu bewerben
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Betreuung eines langfristigen Know-how Transfer und Change Netzwerkes für unsere österreichischen KundInnen und den Netzwerkbanken der RBI in Osteuropa
- Du fungierst als Anlaufstelle für Fragen und Anliegen der Office 365 Ambassadoren

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Change
- oder Kommunikationsmanagement oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Begeisterte/r Anwender/in von Collaboration Tools und Office 365
- Service
- und kundenorientierte Haltung
- Analytische, ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationstalent in Englisch und Deutsch
- Verständnis von Kommunikationsmethoden und Change Management
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement und SharePoint Online von Vorteil
- Anpassungsfähigkeit an sich schnell verändernde Umgebungen und Interesse zur betrieblichen Umsetzung von Trainings
- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen

Für diese Position wird je nach konkreter Qualifikation und adäquater positionsrelevanter Berufserfahrung ein monatliches Bruttogehalt gemäß IT-Kollektivvertrag geboten. **KV-Einstufung ST2 Einstiegsstufe (3.551,-) für 38,5h/Woche.**
