- Unser Kunde ist ein internationales Produktionsunternehmen und sucht für die Führung des Financial Planning & Analysis - Teams nach einem „Group Financial Planning & Analysis Director (w/m/d)“.**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung des FP&A- und Vertriebscontrolling-Teams der Gruppe
- Sparringpartner für den CFO, Vertrieb und andere Geschäftsbereiche
- Verantwortung über Budget-, Prognose
- und Ist-Berichtsprozesse, einschließlich aller damit verbundenen Ergebnisse (Flash-Berichte, FC- und Ist-Erzählungen, FC-Überprüfungsdateien, Budget-Decks, Strategie-Finanzdaten)
- Verantwortung über GuV- und Bilanzpositionen (einschließlich Analyse der monatlichen, vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Finanzberichte aller Gruppen-Einheiten
- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege von Kostenmanagement-, Berichts
- und Kontrollprozess für die Gruppe, einschließlich Investitionsmodellen
- Verantwortlich für ad-hoc-Reporting von Gruppenthemen wie Vertriebsreporting, Einkaufsreporting, FTE-Reporting etc.
- Durchführung von speziellen Analysen und Projekte (z. B. M&A)
- Entwicklung und Verwaltung des Group Financial Reportings and Planning Tools (Tagetik)
- Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von internen Projekten sowie Verantwortung über stetige Prozessoptimierung

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Rechnungswesen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanzmanagement eines Produktionsunternehmens
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in Reporting-, Prognose
- und Konsolidierungsprozessen
- Führungserfahrung
- Ausgezeichnete MS Office-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse mit ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gewissenhafte & genaue Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an einem breiten Aufgabengebiet
- Flexibler und lösungsorientierter Teamplayer (w/m/d) und Hands-on Mentalität
- Reisebereitschaft (max. 10-20%)

Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 80.000. Überzahlung aufgrund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
