**Head of Group Financial Reporting & Steering (f/m/x)**:
The purpose of RBI Group Planning & Finance is to act smart and professional using modern working methods, digital tools and data. We provide decision relevant financial information and advice to our stakeholders and execute the financial steering across the group in cooperation with local CFOs. We are recognized throughout the organization for our high-quality results, expertise and reliability.
- Reporting directly to the RBI Group CFO, the Head of Group Financial Reporting & Steering (f/m/x) ensures a stringent Finance view on RBI Group financial performance. This includes actual performance as well as intra-year and short to long-term outlook; uniting views of accounting and controlling while providing a clear communication channel to all relevant stakeholders with regards to financial performance. This division provides core input for steering decisions of RBI Group and is responsible for planning and implementation of financial steering impulses.**The leader we look for**:

- Leadership of 3 departments with around 100 FTEs
- Responsibility for management reporting, groupwide budgeting/planning and target setting processes
- Responsibility for groupwide capital planning process
- Responsibility for operational steering as well as strategic initiatives related to optimization measures (capital, FX, liquidity) targeted at optimizing group financial performance.
- Frequent interaction with external stakeholders (capital market together with Investor Relations, Regulator) and internal stakeholders including RBI Group Board, subsidiary banks and across divisions and board areas in RBI Head Office (e.g. Business Controlling Units, Treasury, Group Strategy, Group Accounting, Risk)

- Experienced leader of leaders fostering growth mindset in the team, passionate to drive the finance transformation together with other members of the top management within the CFO-area
- Solid understanding of and experience in holistic bank steering, able to moderate discussions between treasury and business
- Solid understanding of and experience with banking regulation to oversee capital planning and balance sheet optimization
- Strategic thinking and ability to see trends, risks, opportunities and address them in bank steering (KPIs, FTP and other steering impulses)
- Analytical thinking, able to understand developments and be a critical challenger of business board areas and subsidiary banks

- Fluency in English
