Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen **Head of Group Accounting & Reporting (all genders).**

**Deine Rolle am Glück**:

- In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position bist Du hauptverantwortlich für die Konzernkonsolidierung sowie das Controlling/Reporting.
- Du agierst als Sparring Partner für unseren Managing Director Finance und koordinierst auch übergreifenden Themen mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern (Policies/Standards, Reporting, Zeitpläne).
- Zudem bist du Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer und arbeitest Spezialfragen in Deinem Fachbereich aus.
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Berichte zeitgerecht und in hoher Qualität zur Verfügung stehen, um die richtigen Geschäftsentscheidungen daraus abzuleiten.
- Das Erarbeiten und Umsetzen von Prozessoptimierungen runden Dein breites Aufgabengebiet ab.

**Dein Einsatz im Team**:

- 7 bist 10 Jahre einschlägige Finanzexpertise, idealerweise in einer Steuerberatungs-/Wirtschaftsprüfungskanzlei und Konzernerfahrung
- Abgelegte Prüfung zum Steuerberater und/oder Wirtschaftsprüfer wünschenswert
- Führungserfahrung sowie Englischkenntnisse und exzellente EDV-Kenntnisse (insbesondere ERP (SAP wünschenswert), KonsolidierungsSW, Excel und Powerpoint)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken
- Eigenständige, zielorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Kommunikationsstärke
