Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. In its 2021/22 financial year, around 4,000 employees generated revenues of EUR 520 million.

**Your tasks**:

- Responsibility for comprehensive internal and external financial group reporting
- Legal consolidation for actuals as well as for budget and forecasting
- Primary contact for group auditor
- Communication to subsidiaries related to all financial regards
- Close cooperation to all other group functions (legal, treasury, taxes, controlling)
- Ongoing review and adjustment of Group structures and reporting packages
- Ad Hoc Reporting to Executive Board and EVP Corporate Finance
- Responsible for impairment tests, business valuations, PPAs
- Regular updating of various documents (IFRS-, Consolidation tool
- and planning manual)
- Leading of the Group Accounting and Consolidation team

**Your Profil**:

- Completed studies (WU, FH) with a focus on business and finance
- Several years of experience in consolidation
- Experiences in international audit firm is appreciated
- Strong knowledge in international accounting (IFRS)
- Leadership skills and management of meetings, presentations
- IT-skills appreciated
- German and English skills are mandatory
