- Standort: Wien / Remote Möglichkeiten**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Finanzbereichs mit 3 Mitarbeitenden in Wien
- Erstellung der Bilanz, Gewinn
- und Verlustrechnung nach UGB und IFRS
- Monatliche Konsolidierung des Teilkonzerns in Österreich, Rumänien und der Slowakei
- Monatliches Reporting an die Shareholder und Vorbereitung entsprechender Templates
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Group Finance in Düsseldorf sowie mit Financial und Business Controlling in Wien & Düsseldorf
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und anderen externen Dienstleistern
- Verantwortlich für das Cash-Management/Liquiditätsplanung des Teilkonzerns, Zahlungsverkehr
- Verantwortlich für USt-Voranmeldungen
- Projektmanagement-Skills für Projekte im Finance Bereich
- Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der Prozesse

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung als Finanzbuchhalter in leitender Funktion
- Idealerweise
- Erfahrung in der IT-Branche
- Erfahrung in der Umstellung von GKV auf UKV
- Erfahrungen mit Private Equity (PE)
- Routiniert in Hauptbuchhaltung und Jahresabschluß Erstellung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bilanzierungs-, Handels
- und Steuerrecht nach UGB, IFRS, idealerweise auch HGB
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Hauptbuchhaltung sowie in der Kreditoren-, Debitoren
- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP, idealerweise mit SAP by Design
- Großes Interesse an neuen Herausforderungen und Projekten im Bereich Buy & Build
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
