Our expansion of our finance team is of paramount importance, and we are now looking to bring on board a strong leader to inspire and develop a team of Financial Controllers within Group Controlling.
**Your tasks**:
- As our Head of Management Reporting, you will have a strong focus on the budgeting process alongside the consolidation of reporting across our numerous entities and subsidiaries.
- Lead an evolving group management reporting team responsible globally for management reporting, budgeting & planning and performance analytics across business entities and functions
- Provide the link between other departments of the wider finance team, as well as business & functional department heads on business performance reporting and KPI related matters
- Building up the processes to provide comprehensive and insightful financial performance and analytical data
- Present the aforementioned data to the VP FP&A and others in the senior leadership team
- Lead implementation of management reporting policies and procedures in line with changing business strategies and operations including appropriate cost control and budgeting
- Support with the implementation of a new ERP system, mapping out the procedures to support a more automated function for the future
**Who you are**:
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant FP&A and reporting experience, preferably with a mix of consulting and some hands-on industry experience Strong leadership capability, preferably with experience implementing a large set of new procedures within an existing team Proven knowledge and track record of local GAAP as well as IFRS. Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple matters. At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent is required Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple geographies Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge in ERP systems, business presentation tools and data manipulation tools is a plus
