**Your responsibilities**:

- As Head of Reporting (M/F/d) your focus lies on the preparation of monthly group reports in close cooperation with the Head of Accounting as well as the optimization and further development of reports and KPIs.
- You are responsible for the preparation of ad-hoc analyses, deviation analyses, and channel and market reports.
- You take over the project lead for the further development and roll-out of a group-wide cost center structure and reports based on these reports for the department heads.
- You successfully establish Financial Business Partnering across the group / Stakeholder Management.
- You take over responsibility for your team and inspire with new ideas as well as accompany and promote the development of your employees.
- As the medium-term Head of Controlling, you will also be involved in budgeting and planning in the future, as well as the introduction of ESG reporting.

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- You hold a bachelor's degree in commercial education (Business administration/Controlling).
- You gained 5+ years of professional experience in controlling and reporting, 2+ in a similar leadership position, in an international and/or fast-paced environment.
- You have an IT affinity, a proven comprehensive knowledge of MS Office skills - especially Excel, and experience with different reporting tools - ERPs.
- You are very well known for your trustworthiness, reliability, good judgment, and critical strategic thinking.
- You have an absolute hands-on mentality, holistic, solution-oriented approaches, and are used to keeping deadlines.
- You are a hands-on, dynamic, and ambitious all-rounder, with a structured approach, solution-oriented and out-of-the-box mindset.
- You have already been able to convince as a much-appreciated team leader, you have outstanding communication talents and are known as an absolute team player.
- You are fluent in English, in written and spoken form - German is a plus.

The minimum salary for this position is **EUR 70.000 gross per year**. Depending on your qualifications, there is a willingness for overpayment.
