Our expansion of our finance team is of paramount importance, and we are now looking to bring on board a strong leader to inspire and develop a team of Financial Controllers

**Your tasks**:
As our Head of Management Reporting, you build and advance reports covering our numerous entities and subsidiaries. You are responsible to drive efficient and frugal budgeting across GoStudent companies.
- Develop and lead an evolving team responsible globally for management reporting, budgeting & planning.
- Coordinate business performance reporting and KPI related matters between other departments of the wider finance team, as well as business and functional departments
- Building up the systems, structures (e.g., Profit Centers and Cost Center’s) and processes to provide comprehensive and financial performance and analytical data and insights
- Using best practices for meaningful and valuable reports addressed to the senior leadership team
- Lead implementation of management reporting policies and procedures in line with changing business strategies and operations including appropriate cost control and budgeting
- Support with the implementation of a new ERP system, mapping out the procedures to support a more automated function for the future

**Who you are**:

- 6+ years of relevant FP&A and reporting experience, preferably with a mix of consulting and some hands-on industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance related field, further degrees are a plus
- Strong leadership capability, preferably with experience implementing a large set of new procedures within an existing team
- Proven knowledge and track record of local GAAP as well as IFRS.
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple matters.
- Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple geographies
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal; further languages are appreciated.
- Knowledge in ERP systems, business presentation tools and data manipulation tools.
