- We are seeking a Head of Global Product Asset Management to lead our ambition to pioneer a more sustainable futureThis role focuses on specialty platforms within the polypropylene (PP) Compounds and circular Compounded solutions portfolio, particularly in highly specialized key industries such as Automotive, Appliances and Consumer Goods.
As the Head of Global Product Asset Management, you will be the spider in the web, leading a diverse team of product management professionals, and managing cross-functional stakeholders to optimize our product portfolio across the globe and maximizing the value of our assets.Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in developing and maintaining these relationships. Your ability to influence will enable you to drive profitability and growth, and ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality and sustainable products to customers around the world.As Head of Global Product Asset Management you will:
- Responsible for Profit & Loss for respective product portfolio
- Develop and implement end-to-end global product and asset strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and identify new growth opportunities
- Steer the product lifecycle management, from ideation to phase-out
- Optimize the product portfolio to drive profitability and growth short and long term
- Manage product pricing and ensure competitiveness in the market
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identifying trends to manage asset optimization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Mentor and lead a diverse team of product management professionals

**About you**
- **Experience**: You have a minimum of 12 years of relevant, diverse experience in an international environment. Your background includes significant capability in both commercial areas (such as marketing and sales) and product portfolio management in polymer industry. Additional experience in other areas like operations, innovation, or supply chain management is highly valued.
- **Leadership**: You are an influential leader with a proven ability to work effectively within global, cross-functional teams. Your leadership style is impactful, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- **Strategic vision and drive**: You are deeply passionate about driving innovation and optimizing product portfolios for long-term success. Your strong business acumen and strategic thinking allow you to identify growth opportunities, develop robust strategic plans, and maximize the value of product assets.
- **Personal Qualities**: You possess a growth mindset and demonstrate high resilience, enabling you to approach complex and ambiguous challenges with curiosity and determination. Your perseverance drives you to find innovative solutions.
