The division Product Management is responsible for development and management of Erste AM’s product range, as well as marketing agendas. This includes innovation management, the steering of the product strategy as well as the support for investment and sales units. The division consists of Product
- and Marketing Specialists.

**Your Tasks**:

- development of marketing strategy and marketing concepts, with a focus on raising brand awareness with institutional asset management clients
- event management for institutional, retail and internal (i.e. advisors) client events, e. g. conferences (live, hybrid and digital) and webinars. Tasks include strategic planning, conception and organization
- drive development of publications and presentations, including coordination within Erste AM (Product Specialists, Communications, Sales departments, etc.) and with marketing and media agencies
- implementation of corporate branding in all marketing activities, as well as compliance checks for documents, marketing and merchandising materials
- media and advertising planning (booking of placements, advertisements, advertorials)
- general marketing agendas (ideas, planning, creation of customer promotion & advertising material, purchase of customer gifts for events and occasions, ongoing contact with various suppliers, logistics and stock-keeping of marketing materials) and budget management
- cooperation and ongoing exchange with internal and external partners
- work with and support Product Specialists on development of our funds and portfolio management solutions range

**Your background**:

- 2-3 years of experience in finance with a focus on communication and marketing (preferably asset management)
good knowledge of investment products
- excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, technical savviness in handling and trying new tools (e.g. for events)
- outstanding attention to detail
- knowledge of marketing, industry best practices, branding and corporate design principles
- excellent project management skills
- ability to meet deadlines, work on many projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment in a corporate setting
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1 or higher)
