**Job Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Idealy Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google, Adobe, SAP
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
- Fluent skills in German and English
