You Will Like It Unsere Projektpipeline sowie das Kapital für deren Umsetzung sind bereits für die nächsten fünf Jahre gesichert. Du steigst in ein sicher aufgestelltes, wachsendes und zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen ein und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zum Marketing Specialist.

Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei Konzeption & Umsetzung kreativer Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Immobilienmarketing
  • Content-Erstellung (Bild, Text, kurze Videos) und Design-Adaptionen für zielgruppengerechte Ansprache (unter Anleitung, mit Raum zum Ausprobieren)
  • Pflege & Weiterentwicklung unserer Website (Basis-Updates, Landingpages, SEO-Grundlagen) sowie Social-Media-Kanäle (Redaktionspläne, Publishing, Community-Management)
  • Mithilfe bei E-Mail-Kampagnen & Newslettern zur Kundenbindung und Lead-Generierung (Segmentierung, Versand, Reporting)
  • Trend- und Wettbewerbsrecherche im digitalen Marketing, erste Anwendung KI-gestützter Tools
  • Erstellung von Werbemitteln (z. B. Inserate, Flyer, Banner) und Mitarbeit bei Markt- und Standortanalysen
  • Unterstützung in der Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Projektmarketing-Aktivitäten
  • Schnittstellenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung
  • Koordination externer Partner:innen (Agenturen, Freelancer) im kleinen Rahmen
  • Übernahme eigener Teilprojekte mit klarer fachlicher Begleitung und Lernzielen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Bachelor in Marketing/Kommunikation/Medien o. Ä.
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung (Praktikum/Junior/Werkstudent:in) im Immobilien- oder Projektmarketing von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud (v. a. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: souveräne Nutzung gängiger Plattformen, Gespür für Content & Performance-Basics
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit CMS (z. B. WordPress), E-Mail/CRM-Tools und Web-Analytics (GA4) von Vorteil
  • Kreativ, kommunikativ, organisiert – mit Freude am Lernen und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Teamfähig, proaktiv und eigenverantwortlich in der Umsetzung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
