Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who combines analytical thinking with creativity and execution discipline. You will take ownership of lead generation and brand growth initiatives — from campaign planning and content creation to marketing automation and reporting. Also, you will work closely with the CEO and Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

This is a hands-on role: you'll plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Lead Generation
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, website) to drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth lead handover and nurture sequences in HubSpot.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion flows.
Content & Brand
  • Create and manage engaging content: blog articles, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with design and product teams on website updates and product storytelling.
Automation & Analytics
  • Manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows, forms, and email campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and ROI; present insights and improvement plans.
  • Support SEO and keyword optimization initiatives.
What we expect from you:
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing for a SaaS or B2B tech company.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Experience with data-driven marketing, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable results.
