- **Erstellung von Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen sowie Forecasts / Planungen****:
- **Unterstützung des Managements bei Ad-hoc-Analysen****:
- **Durchführung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten****:
- **Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der existierenden Controlling-Prozesse****:
- **Weiterentwicklung des BI-Tools****:
- **Abweichungsanalysen sowie Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Gegensteuerung****:
- **Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Resorts zur Erstellung von Konzepten zur Prozessoptimierung und Ergebnissteigerung****:
- **Mitwirkung im Treasury Management****:
- **Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in Fragen des operativen Tagesgeschäfts***

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position eines Unternehmens
- Vorhandenes Fachwissen in der Bilanzierung nach HGB
- Fähigkeit, verschiedene Disziplinen zu verbinden, um Konzepte und Lösungsansätze effektiv und zeitnah umzusetzen zu können
- Hands-On-Mentalität in Kombination mit einer analytischen, strukturierten und detailgenauen Arbeitsweise
- Gutes Verständnis im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Erfahrung mit der Weiterentwicklung von BI-Tools
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Resilienz
- Leidenschaft für Zahlen und Daten, aber vor allem auch für People und Prozesse
