Sales Operations Expert - Data & Analytics

The New Retail is a comprehensive initiative to introduce a customer-centric direct sales model in 24 European markets. New concepts, processes and systems have been developed and need to be implemented in each of the markets. In addition, a new organizational structure with new/enhanced roles will be rolled out.
- We are looking for a Data Analyst as part of the TNR Template/Ordering/Stock-Operations team to further analyze and optimize our analytics and recommendation solutions in close collaboration with our business team and our IT DevOps team.**What awaits you?**:

- Identify insights in the direct sales processes to support Template Management, Stock Vehicle Ordering as well as Vehicle & Stock operations.
- Analyze and query relevant data sources to identify trends, highlight any anomalies and make recommendations for efficiencies.
- Based on the identified insights design new and enhance existing features for our recommendation models together with our data scientists.
- Carry out regular reviews of data sources and pipelines to ensure they adequately capture the required information for analytics and recommendations.

**What you should bring along?**:

- Experience of data analytics and business intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
- Ability to cooperate closely with our IT data engineers/-scientists as well as business colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of data models and SQL.
- Knowledge of analytical tools and languages such as Python, data bases, Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience on AWS cloud (glue, athena, quicksight) is an advantage.
- Understanding of machine learning models.
- Personal initiative and 100% reliability.
- Team spirit and intercultural skills.
- Fluent in business English.
