AREA SALES MANAGER MIDDLE EAST / NORTH AFRICA (MENA) (M/F/D)

**YOUR JOB**:

- Maximizing the international business potential through cooperation with international business partners
- Ensuring compliance with international NEW YORKER standards of appearance and organization in the franchise stores
- Setting up and organizing the sales areas at the franchise partner (including definition of personnel requirements, division of areas, support recruitment procedures)
- Management and support of the existing business, including regular on-site support, preparation of precise business development, sales and project reports
- Creation of organizational instructions, guidelines and training documents for the franchise business, including regulations, reporting, action plans and their implementation
- Active participation in further growth in existing regions as well as further internationalization with regard to market / location evaluations
- Planning, control and implementation of new branch openings and sales promotions
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyzes and observations with regard to market trends, products and competition

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed studies desirable
- Several years of international experience in sales (areas, regions, sales areas, etc.), preferably in the têxtile retail industry
- Strongly analytical, quantitative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Independent, structured, goal
- and result-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership personality with a fashionable appearance and a flair for fashion
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel / flexibility
- Experienced handling of MS Office programs
