**Discover the role**

As the HR Generalist you will be responsible to support day to day operations of the HR department in our office in Austria. Your goal will be to manage the HR function through objectives which are aligned with long-term business strategy and to deliver a standard set of Core HR Services available to employees and managers.

In this position you will play a key role in executing the entire employee life cycle. S/He will be responsible for the quality of the HR services, ensuring HR process standardization and will work very closely with the Management Team and Market HR with key HR data and analytics to support decision making.

You will also be responsible to assure accurate and up to date reporting through the applicable Global and Local HR systems.

The role has direct reporting line to the HR Director for Southeast Europe (SEE) and is part of our HR SEE community that consists of 8 team members based across South-eastern Europe countries.

**Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to**:
HR function:

- Work with employees’ data and employment related information
- Administer travel expenses, payroll changes input and oversee payroll calculation
- Support and coordinate Group HR communications for the local office

Enable organizational effectiveness:

- Update the People Planning Tool Rolling Forecast
- Update Organization Chart with any structure and employee changes
- Responsible for timely and qualitative data input, strong compliance on all data reporting and capable of running HR analytics
- Support implementation of agreed workforce action plan
- Initiate employees’ Mover/Leaver process - Manage employee administration: employees’ files, input and output to/from payroll administration; Manage voluntary exits: resignations, retirement.
- Enable first line managers to drive the performance management cycle: set objectives, ensure personal development plans, manage the mid-year and year-end review; and coordinate Performance Management Process
- Interpreting engagement survey results and driving actions across the organization

On-boarding and exiting:

- Prepare for new joiners’ arrival, support induction, follow up and notify probation ending
- Administer voluntary and non-voluntary exists
- Ensure Exit interview tool use for 100% of voluntary leavers

***Development and Reward:

- Register, administer and monitor training requests to support employees’ professional development
- Administer Group and local benefits schemes
- Administer Pay Review Process and out of cycle compensation changes
- Execute employee administration: employees’ files, input and output to/from payroll administration

**About you**

**Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria**:

- BA in Human resources or Business administration or another relevant field
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist - up to 5 years of proven track record in managing employee life cycle
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Confident in use of MS-Office, especially Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written German and English
