**Ocean Business Implementation Manager M/F/d**
**40 hours/week, Location: 1020 Vienna (SEE Cluster Head Office), Position available immediately**
- Business Implementation initiatives in close cooperation with the operation team in the countries as well as customer stakeholder management
- Project management for all implementation initiatives within the SEE cluster (including detailed project plan to track progress)
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the customer specific requirements
- Measure project performance and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure resource allocation and availability in order to meet customer requirements
- Collect and align operational and process requirements within the SEE cluster
- Drive and implement agreed organizational and process changes (monitor process flows and ensure reporting to management as needed)
- Actively manage stakeholder communication and dependencies
- University degree in logistics or equivalent traineeship in freight forwarding
- Strong and profound operational background in ocean freight
- Working experience in project management
- Fluent (written and verbal) in Business English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Power BI knowledge preferred
- Business Development or KAM experience is an advantage
- Solid organizational skills and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work team-oriented and efficiency driven
- Willingness to travel
