We are a young and motivated team of 50+ people, working to revolutionize the world of airsoft sports from the middle of Vienna. Novritsch is developing outstanding products, working with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, selling to over 80 countries, and operating internationally.

**Your Mission**

Our business is growing and we are looking to expand our company with a brick and mortar store in the city center of Vienna where we will offer a mixture of NOVRITSCH products as well as other Brands to end customers.
- Passionate about selling our products and services
- Take whole responsibilities in the store daily operation
- Builds up in-store inventory management standard and keep the inventory at health level
- Ensuring a well-groomed sales area
**Requirements**:

- Strong Interest and experience in airsoft
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (at least B2) - our company language is English, Store language is German
- Experience in customer support or service-centered job
- Problem-solving ability & structured working

In addition, you can expect a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 1.896,00 for the full-time position. Any additional overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
