B2b Global Sales Representative for Consumer Brand

**About us**
We are a young and motivated team of 50+ people, working to revolutionize the world of airsoft sports from the middle of Vienna. Novritsch is developing outstanding products, working with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, selling to over 80 countries, and operating internationally.
Novritsch is developing airsoft sports equipment in Taiwan, China, and Central Europe. We are working together with 60+ suppliers to deliver the best possible equipment for our customers.
We want to increase our dealer network globally, especially in the USA, Europe, Canada, Russia, South America, Japan, Taiwan, New Zealand, and South Africa.
**As a B2B global sales representative, you will**:
- Sales: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships, generate sales, including up-selling and cross-selling, define prices and support our dealers to effectively sell our products.
- Service: Serve as the main point of contact for resellers.
- Plan quantities together with our purchasing team.
- Organize shipments and take care of needed international documents/certificates.
- Keep the B2B shop, a catalog and price lists up to date.
- Gather information from our dealer to incorporate it into the design and production process of new products.

- 1-3 years Experience in Sales (f.e. in a Shop, Company, Call Center)
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Sales and Numbers Affinity
- High level in Microsoft Excel / Google Docs
In addition, you can expect a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2.300,00 for the full-time position. Any additional overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
