- **Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the entire portfolio.
- Lead the communication with current and future customers.
- Determine which are the right choice of pharmacies, wholesalers and healthcare professionals to contact with.
- Show and teach about to our products to healthcare professionals.
- Communicate with cross functional teams like marketing to acquire right help and materials to get work done effectively.
- Visit possible new customers and assist to pharmaceutical congresses or events to present our products.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel healthcare and wholesalers in Austria.
- Negotiate and close agreements.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs.

**Experience profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong commercial background.
- Experience working with wholesalers in Austria is a big plus.
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical and wholesale industry.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Experience in pharmacy and doctor targeting and defining reach and frequency as well as call concepts and training programs.
- Leadership and Team Management Experience (building winning teams).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
