Your Mission:
As our **Sales Development Representative**, you’ll act as a strategic partner in the sales process, working with our Sales Managers and Customer Success / Support team to **qualify, nurture, and convert leads** **into opportunities**. You’ll set up and manage outbound campaigns to generate your pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pre-qualify **high-potential inbound leads**.
- Research leads, **enrich CRM data**, and track activities with **HubSpot** for **effective lead management.**:
- Develop and execute **outbound sales campaigns** with the team, overseeing the process from concept to initial touch points with leads.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of sales strategies, learn and demonstrate our product
- Set up initial sales meetings and** nurture early leads** to build future sales potential.
- Regularly report to meet lead generation and conversion targets.
- Engage in **proactive outbound prospecting** to generate sales opportunities.

**Starting immediately**
We offer a competitive salary,** starting at a base salary of 17.000 EUR gross per year (**part-time with** **20 hours per week) plus performance-based commission. We're willing to overpay** **depending on your qualifications and years of relevant work experience.
