JOB ROLE: Sales Development Representative
LOCATION: Hybrid Working from Home & Office Based in **Vienna, Austria**.
SALARY: €50,000 per annum with Uncapped Commission OTE €60,000+
Our client is the successful market leader for Dental Practice Systems in surgeries across Austria, and have been a leader in the sector for more than 30 years. Out client stands for competence and innovation, with a forward thinking approach to their ongoing development and success. They utilise the latest technology available in the industry and thus are always one step ahead of the competition.
Our Client is also part of a larger Fortune 500 Company that is also recognised by the Ethisphere Institute, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.
Due to their ongoing success they are now looking to expand their core team located in Vienna, Austria. The successful Sales Development Representative will have the opportunity to earn an industry leading salary package, work from home and report directly to the company General Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Building relationships with new and prospective clients, being the first point of contact for prospective customers looking to book business consultations.
- You will be identifying the needs of clients, offering insight and value.
- You will be building business plans with clients, educating them and implementing “game changing” strategies.
- You will be responsible for driving success amongst the team, collaborating with the wider company to align with company goals.
- You will uphold the highest working standard, directly representing the company with clients on a daily basis. Speaking proficiently in English and German.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:
- A Bachelors Degree and/or have 2+ years experience in B2B Sales or Telesales role, with a demonstrable ability to convert prospects and close deals.
- Business Proficiency in both German and English.
- You should be target driven, with experience working in a fast paced environment taking an entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format.
- Experience communicating over the phone, with the ability to make others feel comfortable from their first contact.
- Able to manage your work remotely, working with autonomy whilst striving for continuous development.
- Strong problem solving and objection resolution skills.
