We are currently looking to hire a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for qualifying prospects from lead status and coverting them to opportunities in the sales pipeline as well as first contact and development of potential prospects from various sales resources. The Sales representative will cover the DACH region (possibility to cover additional regions of Italy or France depending on language). The position of SDR is an ideal growth position for an aspiring sales professional.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect for new leads, new potential customers and qualify marketing-generated leads
- Work closely with an Account Executive within a territory
- Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the wider Sales team
- Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
- Influence the sales process and enhance the current capabilities and process
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business concepts via telephone and web based presentations
- Proven self-starter with motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks management, project leadership
- History of successful target attainment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in previous Inside Sales and Account Management roles.
- Fluent Business English and German.
