- Responsibilities:
- Leadership, development and management of the sales and marketing team
- Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase the turnover and growth of the hotel
- Preparation and monitoring of sales and marketing budgets as well as ongoing controlling
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to establish the hotel as a leading destination in the region
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to strengthen the hotel's brand image
- Planning and executing events and marketing campaigns to promote the hotel
- Monitor market and industry trends to adapt sales and marketing strategies and ensure the hotel remains competitive
- Compiling and carrying out representation tasks, participating in relevant events and international trade fairs
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Close cooperation with the entire hotel team
- Profile:
- Completed training in the hotel industry, as well as several years of professional experience in a leading sales & marketing position in the luxury industry.
- Leadership and teamwork skills to motivate staff and achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Fluency in German and English, any other language is an advantage.
- Proactive, friendly and communicative personality with a passion for the luxury industry.
- Positive charisma, confident manner, empathy and a good feeling for our discerning guests.
