**Job Summary**:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing our sales & marketing team to support performance and growth.
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales performance.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing activities.
- Managing the sales & marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
**Required Skills**:
- Completed studies in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Several years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make decisions.
- Experience in managing a team and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.
