**What?**

We recruit Product Managers throughout the year, as required, within one of our four sales channels Pharmacy, Consumer Products, Luxury or Professional Products for our Austrian Market, based in Vienna.

In your role as Product Manager, you will work with your line manager to manage the local business strategy of your brand or category and thus the growth of the consumer base, market share, sales and profit.

You will be responsible for the following aspects in particular:

- You synthesize relevant market data and translate this, taking current trends into account, into relevant consumer insights.
- Building on this, you will work on the direction of your brand/category, develop disruptive integrated marketing campaigns and demonstrate strong retail and shopper expertise as well as digital know-how.
- You manage your 360° campaigns with a high degree of professionalism, agility and sustainability.
- You are extremely entrepreneurial, mobilizing and managing your stakeholders at internal and external interfaces. You like to share best practices and take them to the next level.
- The role does not include leadership.

**Your profile**
- At least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in product management
- You observe trends, new products and consumer behavior with great curiosity and love the fast pace and dynamics of our industry
- You have a strong entrepreneurial attitude and strong business sense. You set yourself ambitious goals, work in a focused way to achieve them and show a high degree of prioritization.
- You are excellent at analyzing, recognize difficulties in advance and are not satisfied with the first best solutions. You find it extremely easy to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and find a wide variety of well-founded solutions to complex challenges.
- They are constantly coming up with new and unique ideas and are able to make connections between seemingly unrelated ideas.
- In your relationships with stakeholders, you quickly find common ground and solve problems for the benefit of all. You quickly gain the trust and support of your colleagues, are seen as a team player and are cooperative.
- German language skills at C1 level are required
