One of our major businesses is to provide turnkey systems and solutions for satellite carrier monitoring and interference localization. These systems are to be used by satellite providers or according to companies to optimize and guarantee the quality of satellite transmission.
- The systems are crafted, configured, assembled, coordinated, and tested in our labs and finally delivered to our customers and commissioned at their premises.
- With our satellite carrier monitoring and interference localization system, it is possible to identify and localize satellite interferences in one single solution and on one intuitive graphical user interface to take counteractive measures immediately.- Our Carrier Monitoring System is regularly adapted to fit to the newest market requirements and is based on the newest WEB and Cloud architecture technologies.**What is my Area of Work?**
As Product Development Manager for the Next Generation Carrier Monitoring Solution (f/m/d) you will work together with your Product Development Team and will coordinate the tasks to fulfil the requirements of defined Product Releases according to the Product Roadmap with given functionality, quality and within time and budget. The collaboration with the Product Line Management as well as with Project Managers of ongoing or planned customer projects will be a crucial part to guarantee an efficient and reliable planning of the tasks.
- We’d love you to be solution-oriented while being focused on valuable outcome. In addition to that, you should have an extensive understanding of agile ways of working. You will be part of a constantly evolving environment.**What are my responsibilities?**

**_Product Owner Support:_**
Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project work you're doing, managing team member communications, and maintain an effective system of project governance.
- Definition and Review of the Product Roadmap together with the Product Owner resulting in a Definition of the Product Release Plan.
- Product Release Management:

- Management of Product Development Tasks according to the defined product roadmap to guarantee the provision of product releases in time, quality, and budget.**_Team Management:_**
Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; using interpersonal resources to improve capacity for product development work; mentoring and developing the team members.
- Gives clear guidance to his international team (sets the objectives, clear work split).**_Team Building:_**
Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a substantial contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-level of quality for the team.**_Partner Management:_**
Performs throughout the product life cycle active partner management (Product Line Manager, Project Manager, BU, project team, Operation Manager) and efficient communication (regular status reporting, claim management, risk management).**Which qualifications do I need?**

**_Knowledge & Experience:_**
- Technical background in software development - Shown understanding of software creation process models as well as commanding knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
- A proven track record of efficiently performing software development projects using SCRUM/Agile methodologies including shown experience as a Project Manager leading large, sophisticated projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-functional, distributed teams
